I had the worst possible experience at this Sports Clips after being a loyal customer for over 4 years. A manager named Shelby was as unprofessional and lazy and I don't say that lightly. As a small business owner myself I understand that you can't make everyone happy but after waiting an hour for an appointment she told me to go home since she had to make a call to her boss to have something fixed in the building. According to her that phone call and then waiting for someone to come fix the building... were why I had to leave but the other customers got to stay and receive their haircuts. This was such a poor performance by a “manager” they lost a loyal customer from what was an entirely avoidable encounter.

I checked in online the website told me to be here at 315 i got here and now told i have to wait longer cause walk ins are more important the hair dresser jay was very rude in telling me checking in online doesnt hold your spot well if it doesnt hold my spot then why have it now instead of having the baby sitter for 2 hours i have to pay for 3 hours cause the employees cant seem to follow online checkin

Well toaday I waited like 45 minutes, signed my boy in, and they never called me, when I asked their answer was, oh they didn't put him in the computer, and not even nicely .. inaceptable .. not right when you have been waiting so long..
